In-stock items are usually processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.
We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days), with free shipping available on orders over PHP 2,000.
All sales are final and we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. To report a defect, email us with photos of the damaged item and your order number. Please note that items showing signs of wear from normal use are not considered defective.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's site.
Currently, we primarily ship within the Philippines. We're working on expanding our shipping options to serve international customers soon.
